smooth functioning and uninterrupted learning for every student. Parents are kindly requested to adhere
to the following guidelines regarding fee payments:
💰 Term-wise Fee Structure
The academic year is divided into three terms. Fees must be paid on or before the due dates mentioned
below:
- 🗓️ I Term – Before school reopening / on or before June 10th
- 🗓️ II Term – on or before September 10th
- 🗓️ III Term – on or before December 10th
📝 Payment Guidelines
- 🏦 Fees should be paid at the school office counter during working hours.
- 🧾 Receipts must be collected immediately after payment for future reference.
- ⚡ Parents are requested to avoid last-minute delays to ensure uninterrupted services like
transport, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
⚠️ Important Notes
- ⏰ Failure to pay fees within the stipulated time may result in late fee charges or withholding of
progress reports.
- 🚫 Students will not be allowed to appear for examinations if dues are pending.
- 📜 Parents must clear all dues before the issue of Transfer Certificates or any official
