Admissions at SKV Matric Higher Secondary School are conducted in a
fair, transparent, and student-friendly manner,
keeping in mind the child’s overall development and academic readiness.
1️⃣ Application & Counseling
- Admissions are open to students from recognized schools.
- Parents/Guardians must fill out the application form available at the
school office.
- A counseling session will be held with the child and parents to
understand the student’s academic background, personal abilities, and alignment
with the school’s values.
2️⃣ Required Documentation
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.) – for students transferring from another
recognized institution.
- Community Certificate – Xerox copy for records and eligibility
verification.
- Birth Certificate & Aadhaar Card – Xerox copies to verify the student’s
age and identity.
3️⃣ Confirmation of Admission
- Admission will be confirmed only after successful completion of counseling and
verification of documents.
- Parents will be informed of the fee structure, school policies, and
orientation program.
- Once confirmed, students will receive details regarding uniform, timetable, and
academic calendar.
📑 Procedure for Obtaining T.C.
- Application – Parents/Guardians must submit a written application
requesting a Transfer Certificate at the school office.
- No-Due Clearance – A “No Due Certificate” must be obtained from all
concerned departments (library, labs, transport, and accounts) to ensure all
obligations are cleared.
- Verification – The school verifies the student’s records, attendance,
and conduct before processing the request.
- Approval – The Principal reviews the application and authorizes the
issuance of the T.C.
- Collection – Parents/Guardians can collect the Transfer Certificate
from the school office within the stipulated period after approval.
